When we built our new home, Roy Heating & Cooling came highly recommended by local tradesmen and a local HVAC inspector. We were told that is who they would hire if they were building. That carried a lot of weight with us. During our initial contact, they were very courteous, professional and patient in answering any and all questions and concerns that we had. They helped to steer us in the best direction for our needs and budget. Once work commenced, I could not have been more pleased. They constantly went above and beyond our expectations. Everything they did was extremely professional. They took the extra time to take care of the small details that made the job look top notch. I called Roy Heating & Cooling because my furnace kept turning on and off but not producing any heat. The guy I spoke with was really great and told me that they would be able to schedule someone out to look at it as soon as possible. The next morning they arrived bright and early. They checked out my furnace and in no time had identified the problem. Everything was repaired, cleaned and ready to go within an hour or so! They came recommended to me by my parents who had them install their furnace and central A/C and I understand why. They are quick, professional and responsive. I can't recommend their services enough and I will be using them for any future work as well.
